Ingredients

  • 500 g ground lamb
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper
  • For sauce: 150 g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh mint

Steps to Make It

  1. Mix lamb with onion, garlic, spices, parsley, salt, pepper.
  2. Shape into oval patties around skewers.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat 10–12 min, turning occasionally.
  4. Mix yogurt, lemon, mint for sauce.
  5. Serve koftas with sauce and flatbread.
