Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into sticks
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper

Steps to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 220 °C (425 °F). Line tray with parchment.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper.
  3. Dip zucchini in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange on tray; bake 18–20 min until golden.
